when your skin produces too much natural oil, it leads to acne. First use a gentle face soap to clean your face without drying out your skin, use warm water while washing face, Hot water may dry out or irritate your face . Don’t use a moisturizing soap that adds oils or moisturizers to your face. Then apply Bakson S cure cream which is a good homeopathic over the counter acne medication.
You may also try a product that has acid like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid that are usually for acne, but they help to fight oily skin too.
