Q. Is my order shipped? When will it get shipped
A. Once we receive your epayment, we process the order and ship it to you within 24 – 36 hours. If payment has not come through (due to technical glitches) we will inform you but that is usually rare. If it is a COD order, our telecalling executive will call and confirm the order clearly informing you the COD charges and number of days for delivery (depending on your pincode). Only when you confirm orally or by mail, the order is dispatched and updated

Q. I have placed my order for Homeopathy medicines online. Where can i track the status?
A. We understand the importance of speedy delivery of medicines at your doorstep. We take all efforts to ensure that the medicines are properly packed and sent to you in the least possible time. Once your order is dispatched, we update status of your homeomart order by mail & SMS. If you drop us a mail in case of delay, that will be promptly escalated to courier office and replied too. We are in the process of implementing a homeomart order tracking app on our website where you can check the status of your order anytime.

Q. I have ordered the wrong homeopathy medicine, how can i change my order?
A. Sometimes it is likely that you have selected the wrong medicine or brand or size etc, and it is possible to change or modify your online homeopathy order at no extra cost with us! We are just a mail or call away to help you modify your order. You can log into homeomart and cancel your order and reorder again or ask us to help you with the process.

Q. I am unable to select a product and check out. I cannot select the size option?
A. Sometimes the homeopathy medicine or product that you wish is unavailable with us (either due to supply issues or high demand). When we stock out the product, you will not be in a position to select the size drop down. Either you can add to wish list or drops us a mail, we will inform you upon availability

Q. I have received a damaged or wrong medicine, what should i do?
A. We take extra care to ensure that you get the right homeopathy medicine and in safe condition. But sometimes due to human oversight or improper handling (by courier) you may receive a wrong parcel or in damaged condition. Please ensure that you check the outer contents of the package before you acknowledge the parcel from courier boy. If you see any visible signs of leakage or damage, pls refuse the parcel and mention your comments in delivery tracking sheet. You can use this form to contact us for speedy replacement. In case of wrong product received, pls drop us a mail with product image, we will rectify it to your satisfaction.

A. Homeopathy is a vast field and there are thousands of medicines of every conceivable form, size, potency and offerings. It is our endevour that you get all of it under one roof – here! You may not find a medicine that is currently not listed on our site but that does not mean it is not available with us.
