Cancellations Returns and Refunds Policy for Homeomart

Introduction:

At Homeomart, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.

 

  1. Time Frame for Returns:

Customers have a 15-day period from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

 

  1. Condition of Returned Items:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return or refund.

 

  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Customers are responsible for sending the items back to our designated shipping address.

 

  1. Refunds Upon Receipt:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued minus any shipping and incidental charges incurred by Homeomart.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refund Before Shipping:

If a customer requests a cancellation of their order before it has been shipped, we will issue a refund of 98% of the purchase price. The remaining 2% covers platform and payment gateway charges.

 

  1. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items may be excluded from our returns policy. These include but are not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, and items purchased on sale.

In lieu of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange of the product, subject to availability.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for a swift resolution.

Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
