Is r 13 recommended for anal fistula?
Anal fistula has similar symptoms to fissures and hemorrhoids like bleeding to anal itching but is a different condition. Your situation may have additional symptoms like pus secretion from the anus, diarrhea, and an extra opening somewhere near the anus (tube-like passages between the outer skin of the anus to the anal canal). R13 does not have any indication relating to this condition

You seem to have constipation when hard stool assembles in the lower colon or rectum without coming out in due time. If you do it in 3-4 days it strains the your anal canal (a short, muscular tube with blood vessels that connects your rectum (back passage) with your anus) which is already swollen. Piles also cause bowel obstruction and lead to rectal bleeding if stool are hard. So avoid constipation, do not eat dairy products

I am 24 years old and i am working in IT company, so about 6 hours of sitting.
