This problem is common in adults of both genders. It is enlarged, engorged (swell with blood, water, or another fluid) and inflamed blood vessels around the lower portion of anus and rectum. Piles that arise from the congestion of plexus (network of nerves or vessels) of the superior haemorrhoidal veins are termed as internal haemorrhoids. Piles that arise from inferior heamorrhoidal veins are termed as external haemorrhoids. Piles can be of a size of pea or the large protrusions (in chronic cases) and can hang outside the anus. It acts as supportive treatment of piles. It treats shooting and sharp pain in back and rectum. It is suitable in both bleeding and the non bleeding piles.
Ingredients: Schwabe Topi Aesculus cream contains: Aesculus Hippocastanum 10% W/W Cream Base Q.S. It Contains Alcohol From The Ingredients.
Application: Unless otherwise prescribed, Topi Aesculus should be applied as follows: the cream should be used 3 to 5 times daily by Applying a thin layer to properly cleaned anus. Use applicator for inside.
Side effects of Schwabe Topi Aesculus cream: In rare cases the application of Topi Aesculus cream may cause the allergic skin reactions along with redness, blistering and itching.
Contra-indications of Schwabe Topi Aesculus cream: People who are hyper sensitive to Aesculus Hippocastanum should not use Topi Aesculus cream.
