    1. Yes Alfalafa tonic is a rich source of vitamins and can be particularly helpful. Since vitamin deficiency such as that of thiamine (B1), pantothenic acid (B5), and pyridoxine (B6) may directly or indirectly lead to muscle cramps. Also study & research has found that increasing your magnesium intake can help with the frequency of night time leg cramps, especially for pregnant women

  1. I have had itchiness all over my body since i have started taking this medicine. is it necessary to eat something right after 1 hour or can we stay longer without eating anything ?

    1. Alfalfa Tonic is not known to cause any itchiness, you may have this health supplement after food and not on empty stomach

  3. I use Schewab Alfalfa tonic for the last three months. I got severe hunger. Is it bad in any way ?

  4. I started to give alfalfa (sugarfree) to my wife 58f, who is Dm with Henry patient since 2 yes. She is taken the medicine according to the doctors advice for 5 days, but still I have not found any improvement. She is so weak that she could not be able to rise from the bed not even can sitting a little time.her immune system also gone to very low.please let me know, may I depend with this medicine for how many days for her complete recovery.she is also using allopathic drug for diabetes and hypertension medicine in the gap.
