Arnica 200 is a very useful remedy to heal the bruised parts after labour and will help with soreness and lameness of parts after delivery, especially after an assisted delivery.
Arnica 3C is indicated in cases where there is heavy bleeding after labour, every 3 hours to help decrease the blood loss.
Arsenicum 200C + Hypericum 200C combination remedy is indicated if the birth has been complicated and if the patient is suffering from a 1st, 2nd or 3rd-degree tear, independently of how deep it is. The combination of Arsenicum200+Hypericum 200 if given every 3 hours will be invaluable to control pain and avoid infection.
Belladonna 200C is very useful during labour for a spasmodically contracted. The amniotic fluid may be gone but contractions are inefficient due to the spasmodic contractions producing constriction.
Belladonna 30C is another useful remedy to think of if the mastitis has started suddenly. The breast would feel very hot and the patient may feel painful throbbing. The patient may also have red streaks running from the nipple upward and maybe running a fever.
Bellis Perennis 200 is indicated if the patient is suffering from is SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction). Use twice a day.
Bryonia 30C is one of the first remedies to think of for mastitis during lactation or weaning. Streaks of red may be seeing and the breast would feel, hard, very painful, hot, and feel very heavy.
Calendula 6C twice per day will help to heal any wounds or small cuts. It is especially indicated for ruptures of cervix and perineum during childbirth. This can be taken for several weeks until not needed
Castor Equi 12C can help your nipples to heal if the patient is breastfeeding baby.
Caulophyllum 200 remedy can be very useful during labour. It helps produce effective contractions and can start or enhance labour. It will make contractions more efficient and can establish labour.
Chamomilla 200C is a great remedy to help with the transition or any other time, where the mum feels that she cannot “endure the pain any longer”. Feeling very angry with everyone in the room and asking them to leave.
Gelsemium 200C is a fantastic remedy for rigidity during labour. The pains are normal but dilation is very slow and eventually, contractions lose its force and dilation come at a standstill.
Graphites 30C can help nipples to heal if the patient is breastfeeding baby.
Hamamelis 200C + Arnica 3C combination remedy is indicated for circulatory system and soothe any discomfort from the varicose veins.
Hepar 6C is a great remedy for healing internal or external wounds after surgery.
Hypericum 200C is very useful for if the patient is suffering from a 1st, 2nd or 3rd-degree tear, independently of how deep it is.
Ipecac 30C is indicated for constant nausea and vomiting with paleness, nausea that is not better by vomiting, and is accompanied by much salivation. The patient may feel inclined to sleep after vomiting and the sickness is worst after vomiting.
Kali Carb 200 will be useful to soothe back pain either before or after delivery. The back pain feels as if the lower back is going to break. A few doses of this remedy taken twice daily can be very helpful.
Lycopodium 30C is indicated for passing hard stools during pregnancy.
Nux-Vom 30C is indicated if the patient has nausea and vomiting sensation every morning and wants to vomit but can’t. The patient may be retching a lot but do not vomit in the end. There is cramping pain in the stomach before vomiting and very sensitive in the region of the stomach.
Phytolacca 200C is a super remedy for more mastitis or when the patient has missed the first inflammatory part of the process. The breast will feel very hard and will have hard lumps.
Pulsatilla 200C remedy is very useful for turning a breech baby, or posterior presentation. It can be also indicated during pregnancy where the venous system is under strain.
Pulsatilla 30C is a very useful remedy if the patient has nausea and weight as from a stone, especially in the early morning on waking. The patient may have feeling as if he/she has eaten too much food and would vomit. Waking up at 2-3 am with pain and nausea in the stomach during pregnancy and may feel like rising and walking about.
Sabina 6C can be used if there are heavy clots with the bleeding.
Sepia 200 is another wonderful remedy during pregnancy time. It helps to balance the hormones and can alleviate symptoms of fatigue, nausea, and constipation.
Staphysagria 200C is a wonderful remedy for emotional health.
Tabacum 200C is a good remedy for sickness, incessant nausea that is worst for the smell of tobacco. It is also useful for nausea like sea-sickness and vomiting, worse in the morning, nausea, and much spitting and acidity

How to take the remedies?
Put the remedies in your mouth and allow them to dissolve.
If you are taking several remedies, allow at least 10 minutes between each remedy
unless they are combination remedies.
