Dr Reckeweg R37 Drops is a German Homeopathy remedy for abdominal cramps/pain caused by distension of the intestine due to gas (flatulent colic, meteorism), excessive secretion of porphyrin in urine (porphyrinuria), involuntary contractions of the digestive muscles in the abdomen (abdominal spasms) of varying genesis which are characteristic in porphyrinuria and affected liver. This formulation also addresses involuntary muscular contraction, chronic disease of the liver marked by degeneration of cells, inflammation, fibrous thickening of tissue, painful menstruation and abdominal pain commonly caused by kidney stones.

Clinical indication of R37 Drops

Dr.Reckeweg R37 Drops, Homeopathic Remedy for Abdominal Pain is indicated for Flatulent colic, meteorism, porphyrinuria, intestinal colic, abdominal spasms of varying genesis which are characteristic in porphyrinuria and affected liver. Cirrhosis of the liver, bilious colic; colic in saturnism, dysmenorrhoea; Complementary remedy for renal colic. In case of chronic constipation gradual regularizing effect.

Composition of R37 Drops

Dr.Reckeweg R37 Drops, Homeopathic Remedy for Abdominal Pain contains Alumina D12, Bryonia D4, Colocynthis D4, Lachesis D30, Lycopodium D4, Mercur. Subl.Corr. D8, Plumbum Acetic. D12, Sulfur D12, Nux Vomica D6.

Dosage of R37 Drops

Dr.Reckeweg R37 Drops, Homeopathic Remedy for Abdominal Pain is indicated to be taken as follows; Prolonged cure 3 times daily 10-15 drops in a little water before meals.
In case of intermittent pains, colic, meteorism and suspected perforation, (eventually the undiluted drops can be held in the mouth), take for a short while, ? -1 hour every 3-5 minutes 5-10-15 drops.
In case of fundamental changes, bilious colic, renal colic, inflammation of the appendix and others, the following remarks apply.
