Mode of action of individual ingredients in H.A.P. Haemorrhoid Relief Cream
Aesculus hippocastanum: An excellent remedy for haemorrhoids. Rectum feels full of small sticks. Burning in anus with chills up and down the back. Haemorrhoids blind or bleeding. Stool followed by fullness of rectum and intense pain in anus for hours. Constipation – hard, dry, knotty, white stools. Constant throbbing behind symphysis pubis.
Aloe socotrina: Piles like a bunch of grapes.
Collinsonia Canadensis: Congestions; pelvic; reflex from or combined with haemorrhoids, especially cardiac. Swelled feeling. It produces congestion in pelvic organs especially anus, rectum and uterus; resulting in haemorrhoids, constipation especially in females with dysmenorrhoea.
Echinacea angustifolia: A known external applicant for various problems, helps relieve haemorrhoids too.
Hamamelis virginiana: Haemorrhoids with soreness of the affected parts. Haemorrhoids bleeding profusely with soreness of anus. Pulsation in rectum.
Paeonia officinalis: Excruciating pain at anus; continues long after stools; Haemorrhoids, fissures, ulceration of anus and perineum, purple, covered with crusts. Pain during and after stool, oozing of moisture.
Ratanhia: Fissure of anus with great constriction, burning in anus. Sensation in rectum as if full of broken glass, knife-like stitches. Hard stools with great efforts, protrusion of haemorrhoids. Burning after soft stool. Discharge of blood from rectum with or without stool.
Thuja occidentalis: Good remedy externally for piles.
