I have chronic sinusitis for the last two decades. Pls suggest whether I should go for Dr Reckeweg R 16 or SBL Relexhed to tackle the frequent and at times constant headache. As I can make out its being aggravated due to my exposure to centralized AC and also frequent outdoor work in the hot sun. Pls suggest immediately so that I can place necessary order.
