PMO Recognition: Dakghar Niryat Kendras Showcase India’s Export Success Stories
In a recent initiative under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, the Dakghar Niryat Kendras were established to support exports for local artisans and small businesses. Among the highlights, Homeomart in Belagavi was prominently featured for its remarkable contributions in homeopathic medicine exports. Evaluation process: The firm was evaluated by a core committee in the first round of competition. The entries which qualified on the initial criteria were moved to second round. In the final round a video interaction took place between the jury members and leaders from the finalist company. The combined scores of jury members determined the Winners in each category.

The award was handed to Mr.Vasant Prabhu CEO of Homeomart by Sri. Anurag Batra – chairman and chief editor of Businessworld, India’s leading Business magazine and by the MD of KEONICS. The national spokesperson of BJP Mr.Sambit Patra was also present. Mr. Charu Sharma, well known cricket commentator and former CEO of RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore, an IPL team) was the master of ceremonies.
