DESCRIPTION: A small, evergreen, perennial herb with creeping yellow rhizome. Aerial stem creeping, erect or semi-procumbent, angular. Leaves oblanceolate, or cuneate-lanceolate, sharply dentate or entire. Flowers 2-8, whitish or pinkish. Fruit a capsule.

HOMOEOPATHY USES
URINARY: Scanty urine loaded with ropy, muco-purulent sediment. Urine turbid and offensive. Urging to urinate. Must strain before flow comes. Sugar in urine.
PROSTATE: Acute prostatitis. A feeling of ball in perineum, as if sitting on a ball. Unable to urinate without standing with feet wide apart and body inclined forward. Gravel in kidneys.
FEMALE: Painful tumor of breast, not ulcerated, with undue secretion of milk. Woman with very large breast.
POTENCY: Mother tincture to 3rd potency.
