Sabal Serrulata is also known as saw palmetto. Most effective in cystitis, prostatic troubles like prostatitis, prostatic hypertrophy, ovaritis with tender and enlarged ovaries. Also indicated in patchy hair loss (alopecia areata), azoospermia, baldness, hormonal imbalances.
