Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s-wort) is great remedy for injuries to nerves, especially of fingers, toes and nails. It relieves the intense pain either sharp, or shooting upwards along the nerve that follows crushes, blows, cuts, grazes, or puncture wounds to these areas.

Dosage
Adult and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 4 pills under the tongue 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.
