Conium maculatum: Vertigo with low blood pressure, when lying down and when turning head sidewise or turning eyes. Dull occipital pain on rising in morning.
Gelsemium sempervirens: Irregular heart beat and palpitation.
Baryta carbonica: Accelerates the heart action, thus increasing the blood pressure.
Crataegus oxyacantha: It is a great heart tonic and arrests further fall of blood pressure.
